WifiNetworkSelector: Mark WFA networks as untrusted Plumb the new WifiConfiguration.trusted flag through the wifi stack. Only the network configurations created for WFA via ScoredNetworkEvaluator will be marked untrusted. The rest of the network configurations are trusted by default.
