Default existing WifiConfiguration's mac setting to trusted To support seamless migration from P to Q, set macRandomizationSetting for existing WifiConfiguration(s) to trusted mode. Bug: 119212980 Test: unit tests Test: flash P build to phone, add networks. Flash change to phone and verify that the macRandomizationSetting for existing saved WifiConfiguration is set to trusted mode. Change-Id: I29af425268c7cbd0e8aaad204b982529326b6379
