Supplicant HAL: Fix Wi-Fi connection failure on sgi build Fix Wi-Fi connection failure on sgi build with 1.1 and 1.0 HALs. The fix included reverting changes of imports of 1.2 HAL back to 1.0 HAL, and using an explicit 1.2 reference for new types and functions.
