GuidedStepFragment: lots of editing improvements 1. Support editing description 2. add onGuidedActionEditedAndProceed() to control target action to focus on when IME finished. Currently we always focus to sibling action regardless whether the input is correct or not. 3. add notifyActionChanged() to update action item ui 4.
