Fix CollapsingToolbarLayout consuming insets Currently it consumes insets, which means that the insets never reach its children. Since it does not need to consume them, lets not. Also fixed WindowInsetsCompat so that equals(), toString() and hashCode() work as expected. Also ported the same equals fix to AppBarLayout and CoordinatorLayout.
