A new workaround for the proguard issue for VDC/AVDC. The old workaround actually cause flickering on SDK <21 device for AVDC. Partially revert old commit: "Workaorund a strange proguard and VM issue before Lollipop." 6a1b3c0484827f986524666cc017561616c4b1db. Test: Add new test, on KK and NYC devices. Demo code.
