Expose DrawerArrowDrawable used by ActionBarDrawerToggle. This allows developers to modify the drawable (e.g. color) that is shown by the ActionBarDrawerToggle. Bug: 27613006 Change-Id: I4a0372282a45cf53966c29efe41c9e9a67962585
