Fix AppCompat Gradle build AppCompat now uses AVDC, which has a greater min sdk than AppCompat. We needed to add an overrideLibrary tag to make the manifest merger happy. Change-Id: I6a1d8bdacf65fd9d43ec77d1d924d1a043a36c8d
