Fix SGLM test's child matching This CL fixes a bug in SGLM tests' child bound capturing logic where it would decide to ignore a child even though it is still withing bounds wrt SGLM. Bug: 31457802 Test: Failing test now passes on N4 Change-Id: Ifeacc83cf9e5a346c1c6a9dabf61d089c70479bb
