Fix up dependencies for RS compatibility library. Move to -ldl instead of libdl from LOCAL_SHARED_LIBRARIES. Remove bionic/stl include paths (since they get added automatically). Remove dependency on system/core, since we can just copy the 2 values we need into a shared header (frameworks/rs/rsCompatibilityLib.h). Change-Id: Ieb979e15784ce1cd41e0cb558d58a3f1697b7911
