Add ConfigurationHelper to the support lib Allows access to configuration screen dimension properties in a backwards compatible way. Fixes several run-time crashes in AppCompat due to trying to access API 13/17 properties on older platforms. Change-Id: I0f031006e6cd861b59c806efad3c77ac78976ed2
