RTL-aware test for TextViewCompat * Switch support v4 tests to be compiled with current SDK. * That enables using android:supportsRtl on the <application> element to enable testing RTL-aware APIs. * Add RTL-aware test for TextViewCompat.setCompoundDrawablesRelative.
