DO NOT MERGE Removal of Pointer APIs. We need an intermediate step where the APIs are removed from the support lib before renaming them because SDK relies on the support lib build (and the support lib build relies on the SDK). Fun. Bug: 26830970 Change-Id: I6418669297079712e2fe5f471ca26b69448951d4
