Remove liblog dependency in JNI and move to building with NDK. Undefines FORTIFY_SOURCE because it doesn't work correctly with the NDK on non-ARM at the moment. bug 13308066 Change-Id: Ic6f77bc7874ffaf4a4662249a013fba5da246747 Conflicts: v8/renderscript/jni/Android.mk
