Remove bcinfo dependency from libRSSupport. We now use a simple foo.bcinfo text file to control the flow of metadata about libfoo.so. This file is generated offline by the bcinfo tool. Change-Id: Ibd6ac08bedcd65a45c472a2166657e959f6492bb
