Layout tests API 15 compatibility This CL fixes / surpresses RecyclerViewLayoutTests to support API 15. I've also cleaned the test class to reduce warnings. Bug: 30762016 Change-Id: I008d6cb712b883c0f39b7a198d595f950bae7340
