Avoid an annoying bug that only hits BCM chips running at less than 3MBps Otherwise BT will FC forever after starting it. At least until the next reboot and until turned back on. Conflicts: Android.mk Change-Id: Ib30ba902e2f9d3973724ddd32be888aab7a6d301
