Remove use of ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT in hostEndpointDisconnected Since an invalid argument to hostEndpointDisconnected should be ignored by the HAL (and the Context Hub service), remove the EX_ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT requirement in the Context Hub AIDL HAL.
