Update VtsHalEvsV1_1TargetTest This CL makes following changes to fix bugs in VTS test cases. * Correct the definition of RawStreamConfig and its size constant. * Update all test cases to use a stream configuration reported by the target camera device. * Update CameraStreamExternalBuffering test cases to take internally allocated buffers into account.
