Use static libaudiofoundation in VTS. As libaudiofoundation is not part of VNDK, it may break VTS. Using it as a static library can help solve the problem. Test: make, atest VtsHalAudioV5_0Target Bug: 142683018 Change-Id: Id540c354c90bd95681e2506abe47588311c94b67
