Add VTS tests for the following methods:
  IStreamOut::selectPresentation
  IPrimaryDevice::getBtHfpEnabled
  IPrimaryDevice::setBtHfpEnabled
  IPrimaryDevice::setBtHfpSampleRate
  IPrimaryDevice::setBtHfpVolume
  IPrimaryDevice::setBtScoHeadsetDebugName
  IPrimaryDevice::updateRotation

Fix the default implementation of IPrimaryDevice::setBtHfpVolume
