livedisplay: Use RAII semantics for ColorBackend initialization * Don't have explicit init/deinit functions, rely on object creation to perform the initialization associated with those resources. Change-Id: I49e7ca0bcdb5a83dc500b4ad2d6158a2ef6e6597
