Remove access to /data/nfc from vendor library. "/data/nfc/.." cannot be accessed from vendor library. Removing access for the same. HAL interface should be extended if information needs to be shared between system and vendor partition. Test: NFC enable/disable Bug: 36645109 Change-Id: I0ce741862c07fbf20c18d6734eb8df3aa9b12042
