Fix for FW Download failure if interrupted by phone reboot
Get the chiptype in download mode with proprietary command
and then download the corresponding firmware for the chip.
Bug: 77936959
Test: During FW Download, reboot the device.
NFC Enable, Disable & VTS Test.
