Revert "hal: fix no sound issue in voice call" This reverts commit 0f7d0a9e9b3f6152f661fb7238665ab564140e3a. This fix is causing audio loss during emergency call drop out scenarios. CRs-Fixed: 1077839 Change-Id: I06ea1b25f32afb54c4562381eba2253fa7f3beeb
