configs: scuba: Revert the digital codec volume back to 84 For headphone playback use case, increase the digital codec volume back to 84 from 65 as the volume fluctuations at highest volume steps is fixed. Change-Id: Iaf431fbd4fc2b0793707e8224d96779df0901f20
