hal: move audio specific config files to HAL -Move all audio specific config files from device/qcom/msm8xxx to hardware/qcom/audio/configs/msm8xxx folder for msm8937 and msm8953 targets. -Move all audio configurations from BoardConfigVendor.mk to target specific makefile in hardware/qcom/audio/configs. -Move all audio related system properties from system.prop to target specific makefile Change-Id: I6317c334ce8c7fe6425346bb1e803a1dd7a7de0e
