hal: Add backend table entries for USB TTY input devices Backend tag table entries for USB TTY input devices. This lead to backend mistmatch and USB_AUDIO_TX not getting configured. Add required backend entries with this fix. CRs-Fixed: 2079274 Change-Id: I827f241b950f9ff2ff18d6d6e2d5a27f67dc93a6
