audio: Add new Audio daemon process
- Add new audio daemon process.
- Pupose of this daemon is to monitor and report changes ADSP
processor state to audio framework/Audio flinger.
- Specific sysfs node file on device indicates ADSP processor
state as ONLINE or OFFLINE
