hal: audio: dts-passthru: Stutter sound for DTS re-encoding -DTS re-encoding give out core extension stream for which hdmi sample rate should be 48000Hz. Changing the default sample rate from 192000Hz to 48000Hz. CRs-fixed: 2092398 Change-Id: Ida9af4089b80982f29d5583432ee7d3e536a0a59
