hal: msm8916: Add single session voice call usecases and devices Add USECASE_VOICEMMODE1_CALL and USECASE_VOICEMMODE2_CALL usecases which would be invoked for voice calls on subscription 1 and subscription 2 respectively in the new voice architecture. PCM playback and capture devices used by these voice sessions have also been added both for internal and external codecs. Change-Id: Ic9faad28d71110a5398ed5a9063ea07c5279bc9f
