hal: Add support for adaptive bitrate with A2DP Offload Enable adaptive bitrate configuration for A2DP codecs. Set up TX feedback path from BTSoC to DSP. Configure AFE encoder and decoder for inter module communication. Configure sample rates independently for RX and TX backends.
