audio hal: remove KPI_OPTIMIZE_ENABLED for sdm845 platform This is unused and the library is not loaded so this causes lots of unnecessary error logs with potential performance hit. Bug: 79996946 Test: make, audio sanity check. Change-Id: Ic044984ac3b35577396e3798e872971e00401150
