hal: re-enable DSD format which got accidently removed -DSD playback is failing because of missing DSD format -24 bit output of compress passthrough is not needed as DSP always sets the ADM at 16bit for passthrough usecases. -Re-enable DSD format Change-Id: Id34790d14001b087153246b814d603362c44e4ab
