hal: Enable ASRC for existing use-case with combo device Backend combo devices such as speaker-and-headphone was not recognised has as a headphone backend. The combo device had to be split prior to the backend check. CRs-Fixed: 2002888 Change-Id: I262fe66ec544161e2b12756ca2a78a544507ba77
