hal: Fix ADM sampling rate for native playback. -ADM is being opened at 48Khz instead of 44.1Khz where single backend used for 48Khz and 44.1Khz playback. -Add check for other headphone snd device which supports native playback. Change-Id: If27906425d36fc02b0df011b21b8f9935dfe9159
