a2dp: fix encoder sample rate update for aptx adaptive r2 When encoder is set to 96KHz, accordingly the stream to be encoded should also be resampled to 96KHz. Add the missing update of sample rate for aptx adaptive r2 codec. Change-Id: I0326404baadc17ec88e124a3f9207ba9e3d1e891
