audio: config: Add support for 24 bit direct pcm -Update configuration files to enable support for AUDIO_FORMAT_PCM_24_BIT_PACKED and AUDIO_FORMAT_PCM_8_24_BIT via direct pcm path. Change-Id: I923516c4ee26c5aed957e56a4bf828fc9993f941
