hal: reset service interval if burst mode is not supported Service interval isn't reset when switching usb headsets with burst mode to usb headsets without burst mode, then later USB headset can't work due to invalid service interval. Fix it by resetting service interval to 0. Change-Id: If17d59ae81942a02730b83d160eccc856f0d1280
