hal: Correct ACDB id for unprocessed USB device usb in device is using wrong acdb id causing failure of continuous usb record latency. Fix is to use correct acdb id for unprocessed usb in device. Change-Id: Ie69cc207f90699aa35c41971b7fb745e9283b993
