configs: remove unsupported sample rates from primary input During recording, ADM is opened with sample rates that COPP is not able to support. Remove these unsupported sample rates from primary input. CRs-Fixed: 2260736 Change-Id: I9afa988b273fddcd436ee73c3190f9a882130e96
