hal: Enable and update channel count for SSR - Audio zoom does not work with SSR. SSR is not enabled and updated channel count from SSR lib is over written. - Fix is to enable SSR compilation and channel count update for SSR. Change-Id: I9323a17bbc5d8ae71630d8cf1187cfc93c82d452
