hal: remove libmdmdetect library dependency This reverts commit 008aebd15ac8708399ca359ee835d9060e14ceb5. Original commit breaks the compilation of ASOP code with audio HAL when proprietary code is not present because libmdmdetect proprietary library is statically linked.
