hal: Enable logs for EDID messages. -Update EDID enable flag to be consistent with master branch. -Enable logs for EDID messages. -Fix LOCAL_CFLAG overwrite due to HDMI_EDID flag. Change-Id: If5870e843928ee0995959042eb4d2534290b0164
