config: lito: Update audio config files -Disable audio HAL modules compilation based on QMAA flag. -Disable QSSI flag. -Enable a2dp offload flag and other properties. -Add 16 bit and update 24/32 record app types. -Unify audio configuration files. Change-Id: Iebbfad49c3dc0f845455f3d7613419f158668860
