audiod: support polling for CPE SSR status CPE subsystem on the codec can be restarted and its status is captured in cpe state procfs node created by kernel driver. Open and poll on this cpe state node and inform the status to AudioSystem Change-Id: I676ee8e848ea50ddf55e04bd12ad5c2098654a45
