configs: Add initial value for mixers of ADSP SVA with Fluence ADSP SVA with Fluence fails to detect keywords after audioserver restart. Fix this issue by adding initial value for those mixers of ADSP SVA with Fluence that don't have the default values. Change-Id: Id8dc49b71aa5a2649122ac34bae37eae25de6453
