configs : add usb_surround_sound input profile for usb capture Use usb_surround_sound input profile for usb capture to avoid scenario of re-using an already opened input session during concurrent capture. Otherwise for second capture which does not support hifi-reocrd and use case can fail. Change-Id: Ic02a25e2643c1d8c008dee4c63cbcd8c4cb8eb4c
