hal: hal_play_test: Set param fixes for interactive audio Send interactive audio params after stream is opened from same thread synchronously before first write. This avoid sudden change in gain on the CHMIXER in dsp. Change-Id: I9bc2874fabedd31af8fc8589934470ef0c082e37 CRs-fixed: 2091555
