configs: sm6150: Add initial value for mixers of ADSP SVA ADSP SVA fails to load soundmodel after audioserver restart. Fix this issue by adding initial value for those mixers of ADSP SVA that don't have the default values. Change-Id: I6004b6316012df47929da7405e43b46d7e1d921a
